Welcome to the Radio Valencia Remote Broadcast Interface. If you know what you're doing, you should use our new Remote Broadcast Control Panel interface. Otherwise here's some instructions:

1) start the remote broadcast on your computer. If you're using a Mac that probably means starting and connecting with Nicecast, if Windows it means clicking Connect in Winamp's Shoutcast plugin. The server's current IP address is 157.131.200.164 . You don't actually go live until the next step, so you can connect a bit early to test your connection. 2) then when you're ready to broadcast click the big "start remote broadcast" link below.

3) then listen to the live stream from radiovalencia.fm or 87.9fm to verify that you're broadcasting, and that your levels sound good. Remember it can be about 15 seconds delayed so give it a little time.

4) when you're done, make sure Nicecast or Winamp isn't set to auto-reconnect, or you'll block other people from doing remotes. And of course, disconnect from the server.

Experimental stream 2 stuff (if you can't connect to the main Shoutcast server because someone else is connected...)

To use this, make a new connection to the server on port 12323 instead of port 12321. In other words, all the settings are the same as usual, but you change teh port from 12321 to 12323.
